Evelyn has really started 'talking' alot - she is also constantly moving, usually looking for something to taste. She continues to love to watch Gunner run around the house and even makes the 'g' sound sometimes. She also says 'ba' and 'da', which is, of course, very exciting!
She recently has started to show some hesitation around strangers. Although I realize this is a normal phase - I hate for her to be scared - BUT as long as Mommy is around - she is OK.
Keith and I took Evelyn out for dinner with a friend and can definitely tell the days where she just slept in the carseat on the chair next to us are o.v.e.r. She would not hold still and wanted to touch and taste everything. It is not fair to take her somewhere that she can't explore - so I think we will be cutting restaurants out of our activities for a while. She does love to ride in the cart at the store - so hopefully that won't have the same result. I think it helps that we are constantly moving and looking at new things.
