Well - I can officially say that Evelyn has made the transition from 'scooting' and 'hand-stands' to crawling! She took about four crawls/steps (what do you say?) on Saturday morning and then practiced again on Saturday night. It seems like she really has it down. She isn't actively crawling all over the place - BUT if she sees something she wants - she will go for it! I guess I really will have to start baby-proofing the house. I don't think there is too much she can get into - but I am also pretty certain I will be surprised with what I didn't notice.
