Evelyn and I are spending the weekend with Grandma and Grandpa Wassinger in Plattsmouth while the hardwood floors are being redone at our house. Evelyn is encountering lots of new things here now that she can crawl. The most exciting of these, is the stairs! Although she is nowhere near being able to actually climb them (I hope!) she sure is having fun trying. She pulls herself up and then bounces with excitement.
Another milestone at Grandma and Grandpa's is Evelyn's first tooth! There is one just barely poking through her gums on the bottom. I must admit I was pretty excited when I discovered it. We called Keith, who is deer hunting, right away to share the good news.
