Evelyn is 9 months old!

Evelyn had her 9-month well visit -and everything went really well. Even the shots weren't so bad. She cried for just a bit and then was all smiles as we were out the door. She spent most of the time 'talking' to us while we were waiting for the Dr. She was so loud - but having fun and telling such interesting stories ;)

She is 28 1/2 inches in height and 19 lbs 10 ounces for weight. Basically, still tall, but a little less skinny. . .

We had her 9 month photos taken at Sears. It didn't go as well as usual. The fact that she is mobile certainly added a lot of 'fun' to the whole experience. But we got a couple of good shots and that is all you need really.



Although we are not looking forward to being on the roads and away from home overnight - we are sure excited to see family and friends over the holidays. We will spend Christmas Eve in Plattsmouth and Christmas Day in Wilber. Uncle Andrew is home and we are so excited to spend some time with him. We only wish his fiance, Erica, could be with us too. Maybe next year. . .
