We went to Plattsmouth today to see my Uncle Dave, Aunt Gloria and cousin Matthew. Grandma Wassinger made it a double-birthday party for Evelyn and her Great Uncle Dave. Evelyn had a blast tearing the paper from presents and playing with the bows. She also thoroughly enjoyed the ribs and cornbread muffins Grandma and Grandpa made for dinner.
