SO.....we thought it would be appropriate to get some lovely Holiday photos of Evelyn to share for Christmas.

Evelyn hates putting on any clothes that aren't her 'regular' daycare clothes. Basically sweatpants and a t-shirt- and who can blame her? But we really wanted to get her in a pretty dress for pictures. Every time I would even show her this (or any) dress she screams 'Nooooooo!' So I prepared myself and 'forced' her into the dress. I took the video below. I have to warn you - she is VERY sad in the video. After I stopped recording she calmed down and we put on her coat, grabbed HER purse and headed to the mall for pictures. She was all smiles until we entered what can only be known as the dreaded photo room of death - because she CRIED and begged to go 'Bye Bye' until we finally gave in and left without our 'shot'... so enjoy the video. I thought it captured all that is Evelyn at this time in her life when things are her way - or the highway!!! (p.s. we are doing photo shoot #2 on Saturday and brining in Gma and Gpa to try and coax that smile out of her!!!!)
