Keys - specifically Daddy's 'seys' - she will 'unlock' the bathroom door for hours!
Crackers - or anything resembling bread - kaka's
Elmo Abc's - the specific video changes daily - luckily YouTube gives us endless options!
The Fresh Beat Band - known in our house as 'beatsies'. She loves watching Kiki , Shout, Marina and Twist dance and sing! She equally loves trying to say their names!
Fruit Snacks - not the healthiest option but a great 'go to' when we need it
The word 'stuck' - anything that she can't figure out right away is most definitely 'stuck'!
Gunner - their love/hate relationship has turned to love as Evelyn constantly tries to give him bear hugs as he politely resists....
Girl Stuff - She is VERY into her purse -which must accompany her everywhere. It is always loaded with bracelets and chapstick - you know - only the necessities!
Jesus - Evelyn will point out a crucifix and promptly say 'Cheesus' whenever she sees one!
Hates:
Dresses - actually anything out of the 'ordinary' - this also includes new pajamas and turtlenecks
Morning - not an early bird - we have to wake up Evelyn most school days (about 7:30)
Swimming - she consistently freaks out when she is around non-bath water
Olives - she will spit out olives (and ALOT of other fruits/veggies) we stick with basic bread, meat, cheese and milk
Strangers - Evelyn finally has a bit of 'stranger' danger. She would go to anyone until she was over a year old - now we are just a wee bit cautious when we meet new friends!
Too much help - Very independent - Evelyn likes to try everything herself now to see if she can do it. Usually I give her a shot and ask if she wants help from Mommy - most of the time she says 'Ya' and let's me help her but ONLY if she gets a shot first!
Mass - well not mass exactly - but considering this takes more than 35 minutes of patience we are considering it a work in progress :)
